Residents can buy extra guest hours for their visitors, and properties can add sales tax at checkout.

New: Extra guest hours. Buy more hours for your guests at a lower rate than walk-up, with unused hours refunded. (For residents)

Residents manage their own vehicles from an app on their phone, and property teams bring residents, vehicles and active permits over from their old platform.

New: Resident invites. An invite email in English or Spanish, and sign-in with a link instead of a password. (For residents)

New: Free plate swaps. Move a permit to a new plate at no charge, up to a monthly limit. (For residents)
