Blackout dates

Updated 1 min read

In short: blackout dates are days when guest parking is closed or limited. You set them per property, for example Dec 31.

How they work

  • Add blackout dates in your guest rules, next to the overnight window, nights in a row and nights per month.
  • On a blackout date, guest parking is closed or limited, as you set it [which limits a blackout date can apply to confirm].
  • Residents and guests see the rules that apply to them before they confirm. Your enforcement partner sees the result when they look up a plate.
  • Every rule change is recorded with who made it and when.

Several properties?

Share a rule template across properties and keep local overrides where one property needs different dates.
