Two numbers we set with you.

They depend on your property, so we agree them together instead of publishing a list price. Contract length, portfolio size and location shape both.

One-time setup, per property

  • Importing residents, vehicles and active permits
  • Setting your rules with your team
  • A resident launch kit in English and Spanish
  • A walkthrough for your property team

Guest revenue share

Paid guest hours go to the property. Laneo keeps a share of that guest revenue, set in your proposal. Longer contracts get a lower share.

Pricing questions

Why is there no subscription for the property?

Laneo is paid by resident permit fees and a share of the guest revenue your property collects. The property pays a one-time setup and no monthly fee.

When do residents start paying?

At move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first.

Can residents pay for the year?

Yes, when 12 or more months remain on their lease. The yearly plan gives two months free.

Can the property pay instead of residents?

Yes. There is a per-unit option paid by the property instead of residents. Ask us and we’ll include it in your proposal.

Do residents pay card fees?

No. Laneo covers card processing fees on resident payments.

Do prices include sales tax?

No. All prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
