In short: violation log entries are shared with the property team, and every change is logged. Entries are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Correct an entry

If an entry is wrong and you can’t change it, contact support with the plate, the property and the time of the entry, and tell the property team.

Good to know

• The property team sees the same log as you.
• Every lookup and change is recorded with who made it and when.
• Plate lookups and violation log entries are kept for 12 months, then deleted on a schedule set out in the privacy notice.
