Switch to the yearly plan

In short: pay for 12 months and get two months free, when 12 or more months remain on your lease.

Sales tax is added at checkout. Your property may set a lower monthly price, and the yearly total follows it.

Steps

1. Open Billing in the app It shows your plan and what’s due.
2. Choose Yearly Switch from Monthly to Yearly. You see the 12-month price, the two free months and the due date.
3. Confirm You pay the yearly total on the due date shown.

Moving out early?

Set your move-out date in the app. Your permits end that day and you get a prorated refund for unused time.
