Register your vehicle

In short: open the invite your property emailed you, enter your plate and state, and your license plate becomes your permit. It takes about two minutes. Nothing to print or hang on your mirror.

Steps

1. Open your invite Your property emails you a link. Open it on your phone. The link is just for you, so please don’t forward it.
2. Add your vehicle Enter your license plate and state. A nickname for the car is optional.
3. Check the price and save You see the permit price and when billing starts before you save the vehicle.
4. You’re set Your permit is active, and your property’s enforcement partner sees it as valid right away. We email you to confirm.

Good to know

• No app to download. Laneo works in your phone’s browser.
• Billing starts at move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first.
• Can’t find your invite? Ask your property office to send it again. Laneo is set up by your property, so there’s no separate sign-up for residents.
• Typed your plate wrong? Fix it with a free plate swap in the app.
