Invite residents

In short: send invites from your roster, in English or Spanish, from the admin. Residents register their vehicle in about two minutes, and your team sees who hasn’t registered yet.

Steps

1. Import your roster Residents come in from a CSV file. See import residents.
2. Send invites Send them from the admin, in English or Spanish. Each resident gets a personal link.
3. Residents register They open the link, enter their plate and state, and their plate becomes their permit.
4. Follow up The admin shows who hasn’t registered yet, so you can follow up before enforcement starts.

What residents see

The invite shows how many vehicles they can register, the permit price and that billing starts at move-in or lease renewal, whichever comes first.

Launch kit

Residents also get a launch kit: an email, a flyer and a QR poster, in English and Spanish. Residents who can’t find their invite can ask your office to send it again.
