The link isn’t active

In short: guest links stop working when a visit ends or when your host replaces the link. You can still park in one of two ways.

Two ways to park

1. Ask your host for a new link The resident you’re visiting can send a new one from their Laneo app.
2. Scan the QR sign It’s at the garage or lot entrance and works without a link from your host.

Already parked?

A visit you paid for stays active until its end time. Your host or the property office can check it for you.
