Invite a guest

In short: send a guest link from the app, or have your guest scan the QR sign at the entrance. They don’t need an account.

Steps

1. Open Invite a guest In the app, enter who’s visiting and when.
2. Check your free hours The app shows how many of your unit’s free hours the visit uses, for example “2 of your 6”.
3. Send the guest link Text or email the link to your guest.
4. Your guest parks They open the link when they arrive, enter their plate and choose their hours. They pay only for hours past the free ones, and see the total before they pay, in English or Spanish.

No link? Use the QR sign

Your guest can scan the QR sign at the garage or lot entrance instead. It works without a link from you.

Good to know

• Guests see the property’s rules, like where to park and how many nights in a row, before they pay.
• Guest links stop working when a visit ends or when you replace the link. You can send a new one from the app.
• You see your guests’ plates and visit times. The enforcement partner sees whether a pass is valid, not who your guest is visiting.
