How free guest hours work

In short: your property sets how many free guest hours your unit gets. A visit uses them first, and only extra hours are paid. The app shows how many you have left and when they reset.

How they work

• Set by your property. For example, 6 free hours a month for each unit.
• Used first. When a guest parks, the visit uses your free hours before any paid ones.
• Your choice per visit. When you invite a guest, the app shows how many free hours the visit uses, for example “2 of your 6”.
• They reset. Your property sets how often free hours reset, and the app shows the next reset date, for example “Resets Dec 1” [whether unused free hours carry over to confirm].

Check your balance

Open Free guest hours in the app. You see how many hours are left, for example “4 of 6 free hours left”, and which guests used them, with the plate, the visit time and the free hours each visit used.

For guests

Guests can ask their host how many free hours are left before they park.
