Ask for your permit history

In short: Laneo records permits, plate changes, guest passes and plate lookups with who did what and when. Contact support and we’ll send you a record of your permit or guest pass history.

What the record shows

• Your plate and when each permit started and ended
• Plate swaps and changes
• Guest pass times and free hours used
• Rule results, such as a pass that ended at 11 PM

How to ask

1. Send us a request Use the support form. Choose “My car was towed” or “My plate or permit”.
2. Tell us what you need Include the property name, the plate and the dates you need.
3. Get your record We send it to the email you used [how long it takes to send a permit history to confirm].

You can use the record in your conversation with the property, or at a tow hearing. Laneo doesn’t decide tows; your property and its licensed towing company do.

A copy of all your data

To see everything Laneo holds about you, write to privacy@getlaneo.com. We check your identity and reply within 45 days.

How long records are kept

Plate lookups are kept for 12 months. Guest passes and visit times are kept for 24 months after the visit. Ask soon if you need an older record.
